Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports began when she was 14 years old. At Invicta FC21, she was the last match in the organization. The winner was Sijara Ebanks by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC in the 118th UFC Fight Night 118, with a bout against Lina Langsberg. She was a step ahead of Lina by using the ground and pound strategy, resulting in the TKO 2nd round win. Then, in her third fight she defeated Tonya Evinger more convincingly. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and received a bonus for her performance during the night. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes, in a UFC Fight Night dos anjos-lee fight with Eubanks of Sijara, was her first fight that she had in any major capacity. Ladd was victorious in by a unanimous decision following an intense back and forth battle between the two fighters, was awarded an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight, breaking her streak to win. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in the 3rd round at UFC 7 on ESPN. In a recent replacement match for UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight was lost by majority vote.
