Jana Kramer became famous on the television show, playing Alex in the One Tree Hill series' finale for the last three seasons. Her first few releases as a country artist appeared on the episodes of the show, which helped her debut album of the same name into the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One by 2015 was the follow-up and reached Number Ten. Her decade ended by appearing in Dancing with the Stars and in several TV movies alongside an assortment of singles that were not album tracks. The self-doubting Voices was released in 2021. The singer focused her attention on her singing career, but she also continued acting she acted in movies which enticed her fans, including Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016. The second album of Kramer Thirty One was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. It was boosted by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy as well in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album climbed to third place among the Billboard 200 country charts and at number 10 on the Billboard 200. Starting in September of 2016, her two-month stint on the 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended in a fourth-place finish. The same year she was also a part of an adult-oriented hit song with Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
